How to Measure Trulife Mastectomy Bra?
While wearing a bra: Measure around the torso just under the arms and under the breasts. If necessary, round up to an even number to calculate your band size. Measure around the fullest part of the bust line. Deduct the calculated band size. Each 1" difference equals a cup size. (1" inch or less is an A cup, a 2" difference is a B cup and so on.) If the band size is 40" or greater add 3 1/2" for a more precise fit, rounding up to an even number.
Garment Care:
- Proper care of your mastectomy bra will maximize the life of your garment.
- Any liquid detergent may be used to clean your garment.
- Never wash your mastectomy garments in water hotter than your hand can tolerate. Warm water is recommended over cold water because cold water will not extract body oils from the fabric and it is body oils that break down the elasticity of the garment.
- Hand washing and air drying will further prolong the lasting comfort and fit of your garment.
- Fabric softeners should be avoided when the bra contains CoolMax fabric.
