How to wear:

  • Center BetterBinder Place the label in the center of the back. Move BetterBinder up or down to cover the area in need of support.
  • Slide the top left arm through the slit on the right arm. Repeat by sliding the right bottom arm through the slit in the left arm.
  • Pull left and right arms at the SAME TIME. Pull strongly for stabilization, gently for wound support and for help after childbirth.
  • Hold the tension on while you fasten the ends down

When adjusting the tension:

  • Pull "arms" gently for wound support.‚ 
  • Pull "arms" firmly to stabilize the spine and pelvis
  • The right tension will do what you need it to do
